Work experience is part of the Year 10 educational program of the College. It is designed to give students insights into the industry and the workplace in which you are located. Work experience has enormous benefits for students as it gives you a chance to:
Students are encouraged to begin looking for a work placement now, as spots tend to fill up quickly. Students should make contact with employers, as soon as they can.
2023 Work Experience dates are: Tuesday 13th June - Friday 16th June 2023 (4 days, as Monday is the Queen's Birthday long weekend)
The required paperwork can be collect from Ms Williams in J7 - this must be completed by yourself, your employer & your parents. Then return it to Ms Williams in J7, so it can checked & verified for final approval. Ms Williams will also gain Mr Scully's signature.
Ms Williams & members of the College Leadership Team will be available to help students at school on Monday 12th December, from 10am & again on Tuesday 13th & Wednesday 14th 9am until 4pm. Change of Preference needs to be finalised by 4pm Wednesday 14th December. December Round offers will be released Wednesday 21st December from 7am. Students will have the opportunity to make on further changes after this first round, to possibly gain an offer in January. These changes will need to be finalised by 4pm Thursday 22th December 2022. Meetings will take place in the Library.
Students will also be able to make changes after each offer round:
• December Round Offers: 11am Monday 12th December to 4pm Wednesday 14th December 2022
• January Round Offers: 2pm Wednesday 21st December to 4pm Thursday 22nd December 2022
• February Round Offers: 4pm Friday 13th January to 4pm Thursday 19th January 2023
You will need your VTAC ID number and VTAC 4 digit pin (this was emailed to you when you completed your initial registration)
How to get your VCE results and ATAR
Your VCE study scores, ATAR and VTAC Scaled Study Scores will be available to you via the Results and ATAR website and the Results and ATAR app. All current VCE students will receive a statement of VCE study scores from the VCAA. However, only students who have applied for courses through VTAC this year and have paid their VTAC processing fees will be sent an ATAR statement in the mail.

The VCE results and ATAR Service will be available from 7am, Monday 12th December 2022.
To view your results online, register and log on to https://resultsandatar.vic.edu.au/results/applicants.htm using the instructions provided there.
Note: The Results and ATAR service log in details are different from your VTAC ID and PIN.
To register, students will need to provide their name, VCE student number, date of birth and an email address. The password that they determine must be between 7 and 32 characters and contain at least three of the following:
