What is your role at Kolbe?
Humanities and English Teacher with Area of Responsibility being Sustainability

What do you love most about working at Kolbe Catholic College?

I love working with the Eco Warrior students. This is a new club that started this year, and I love it. They are such passionate individuals. We meet on Wednesdays at lunchtime if you want to join us.

What is your favourite book you have read?

I don't have a favourite book I've ever read, but a book that I am currently reading and really enjoying is 'The Light We Carry' by Michelle Obama.

What is your favorite travel destination?

I love Cambodia. Have been 3 times.

What was your first job?

Coles, working in the Deli section.

What are some of your pet peeves?

People who litter.

What is your favourite hobby?

I love running. I recently did the Run Melbourne 10km race a few weeks ago.

What is your hidden talent or something we mightn't know about you?

I photograph weddings in my spare time.

What is your favourite sporting team?

Port Adelaide Power!

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love exploring new places with my husband and 2-year-old son. We love going to the zoo, the park, hiking and camping.

How do you think people would describe you?

Passionate, kind and dedicated.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what three things would you want to have?

1 - a photo of my husband and son.
2 - a tarp (I learned that from the series Alone)
3 - a fire lighter
